Heads of various government agencies and Parastatals in Enugu State have passed a vote of confidence on the Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi led administration.
The group scored the Governor high on performance when they paid him a solidarity visit at the Government House in Enugu.
Their gathering afforded them the opportunity to take stock of the developmental strides made by the state so far.
They highlighted the role of the civil service as the lifewire of any government.
Against that backdrop, the senior government officials also said the civil service is in the best position to assess the performance of government.
And to them the incumbent administration has lived up to expectations in spite of the nation’s challenges bordering on economy, and insecurity
Some of the sectors which they say have been transformed positively include education, infrastructure and ease of doing business.
They expressed optimism that the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate, Peter Mbah will build on these legacies if he wins.
In the same vain, the Uzodinma Peoples Democratic Party Women Movement has also declared support Governor Ugwuanyi.
The group was led by the wife of the Former Governor of old Anambra state, Dorothy Nwodo.
The women assured the Governor of their resolve to mobilise voters for his Senatorial Ambition and the election of other PDP candidates in Enugu State.
