The National Association of Nigerian Students has issued a two week ultimatum to the federal government to resolve all issues with the striking Academic Staff Union of Universities or face mass action across the country from the students
The ultimatum was handed down in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital during a press conference addressed by members of the Union
The students ruled out any political influences in their actions which has witnessed closure of roads, airports and other national assets in the country. The body insists that this has become imperative in order to safe tertiary education from immenient collapse
